The contact stated that while driving 20-22 MPH, the Forward Collision Avoidance, Lane Keep Assist, and Blind Spot warning lights illuminated, along with several other unknown warning lights were illuminated. The contact stated that while driving the vehicle to the dealer the following day, the warning lights had turned off. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where it was diagnosed, and determined that the air bag control module had failed and needed to be replaced. The dealer ordered the part. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 37,361.
