Repeat Repair Timeline – Loss of Acceleration Vehicle: 2022 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Blue Issue: Intermittent loss of acceleration from a complete stop (safety concern) Occurrence 1 Approx. Date: 12/2025 Mileage: ~ 48000 Description: Vehicle failed to accelerate immediately after a complete stop. Pressed accelerator and experienced a noticeable delay before the vehicle moved. No warning lights. Turned on and off. Restarted normal. Action Taken: No service visit at this time. Occurrence 2 Approx. Date: 01/2025 Mileage: 12/2025 Description: Same issue occurred again from a complete stop. Delay in acceleration while entering traffic. No dashboard warnings. Action Taken: Issue noted for future service visit. Occurrence 3 (Reported to Dealership) Date: 50,000-mile service 01/14/2025 Mileage: ~50,000 miles Description: Loss of acceleration from a stop occurred multiple times prior to this visit. I informed the dealership that this was a very dangerous safety issue. Dealership Response: Vehicle was serviced as part of the 50,000-mile maintenance. Dealership stated they could not find anything wrong. No specific repair or explanation provided. Outcome: Issue was not resolved. Occurrence 4 (Post-Service) Date: January 28, 2026 Mileage: ~55,999 miles Description: After coming to a complete stop, I pressed the accelerator and the vehicle did not respond for several seconds. No warning lights or alerts. This occurred after the dealership stated no issue was found. This condition has resulted in a dangerous delay while entering traffic and creates an immediate and ongoing safety risk to the myself and young children passengers, and surrounding vehicles. The defect involves a loss of acceleration / loss of motive power and has occurred repeatedly without warning. I am formally requesting escalation beyond the dealership level, full documentation of this safety defect, and a permanent corrective resolution. It is not safe.

Speed control on steering wheel not responding all the time. When car is on cruise control speed instead or decrease control not responding all the time. I was almost going to hit the vehicle on high way i decreased the speed according to front of my car but controller not responding speed didn't decreased I suddenly realized that slammed on break. Nothing was happened i already sent email to hyundai but no respond. I looks defective controller switch. Now other side of steering volume control switch also becomes loose
