I HAVE FILED TWO OTHER COMPLAINTS ON THIS ISSUE ( 10548785 & 10558354 ) AND HAD HYUNDAI ADDRESS IT WITHOUT ANY SATISFACTORY RESOLUTION. THE LATEST RESPONSE BY HYUNDAI WAS TO INSPECTED THE VEHICLE WHICH WAS DONE ON 1/23/2014 . AT THAT TIME, I WAS TOLD THAT HYUNDAI WOULD CONTACT ME ON THE FOUND RESULTS OF THIS "INSPECTION". WELL HERE IT IS 2 MOS LATER AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE FROM THE PERSON DOING THE INSPECTION OR FROM HYUNDAI. I RECENTLY CONTACT HYUNDAI CONCERNING THIS LACK OF RESPONSE AND WAS TOLD THAT THERE WASN'T A PROBLEM AND THAT THE VEHICLE ISSUE IS "NORMAL " FOR THE VEHICLE. I REQUESTED A LETTER FROM HYUNDAI STATING SPECIFICALLY THAT" THIS SOFT PEDAL CONDITION IS A NORMAL OPERATING CONDITION FOR THE GENESIS AND THAT IT IS SAFE". I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM HYUNDAI TO DATE. MY CONCERN IS THAT HYUNDAI IS STONEWALLING...
