Consequence: IT IS POSSIBLE FOR THE HEATED WASHER MODULE TO IGNITE AND A FIRE MAY OCCUR.

BOTH REAR LEAF SPRINGS BROKE RIGHT AT THE FRONT "SPRING EYES", CAUSING THE REAR TO SHIFT TOWARDS THE BACK OF THE VEHICLE, THUS ACTIVATING THE EMERGENCY BRAKE AND CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO BECOME INOPERABLE. I'VE READ OTHER SIMILAR COMPLAINTS ON THE VEHICLE THAT SHOWS THAT THIS THE LEAF SPRING DESIGN WAS CLEARLY A MANUFACTURER DEFECT.

VEHICLE "DIED IN FLIGHT" IN AUGUST, VEHICLE COUGHS, STUTTERS, AND STALLS OUT EVERY DAY AT FIRST START-UP, AND I'M EXPERIENCING HARSH SHIFTING DAILY. I'M ADVISED THERE IS NO RESOLUTION TO THE DAILY STALL-OUT PROBLEM EVEN THOUGH THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN IN TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOUR TIMES SINCE 8/6/09.
