GET IN START THE VEHICLE, SEAT HEAT COMES ON. I TURN IT OFF IT COMES BACK ON SECONDS LATER. IT WILL NOT GO OFF AND STAY OFF. IT DOES NOT MATTER IF IM DRIVING OR PARKED. SEAT HEAT COMES ON BY ITS SELF.
