A VERY LARGE NUMBER OF HONDA MOTORCYCLES DEALERS THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES ARE SELLING NEW HONDA MOTORCYCLES THAT ARE UNDER RECALL IN VIOLATION OF SAFETY LAWS. AMERICAN HONDA MOTOR CO.- MOTORCYCLE DIVISION IS AWARE THIS IS HAPPENING CONSTANTLY. SOUTHERN HONDA POWERSPORTS IN CHATTANOOGA TENNESSEE IS AMERICAN HONDAS LARGEST DEALER IN THE UNITED STATES AND THEIR WORST VIOLATOR OF THIS RECALL LAW. I AM FILING THIS NOTICE UNDER THE "WHISTLE BLOWERS ACT".
