DATE APPROXIMATE - OIL LEAK DEVELOPED OVER TIME. OIL LEAK FROM TRANSMISSION "GUIDE PLUG" COULD LEAK ONTO BACK TIRE OF MOTORCYCLE, REDUCE AVAILABLE TRACTION RESULTING IN LOSS OF CONTROL OF MOTORCYCLE AND EVENTUAL CRASH. *NLM
CARBURETOR IS SET TOO "LEAN TO RUN" WHICH IS SET BY THE EPA . THIS CAUSED MOTORCYLE TO STALL UNEXPECTEDLY WHICH MAY RESULT IN A CRASH. DEALER SAID THAT CONSUMER NEEDED TO "REKIT" THE CARBURETOR WITH RICHARD JET NEEDLES. DEALER COULD NOT MODIFY CARBURETOR DUE TO EPA STANDARDS. PLEASE PROVIDE FURTHER INFORMATION.*AK
