2011 HONDA ODYSSEY. CONSUMER STATES PROBLEM WITH VEHICLE WINDSHIELD WIPERS *TGW THE CONSUMER STATED ONE OF THE WIPERS SCRATCHED THE WINDSHIELD. THE CONSUMER RECEIVED A RECALL REGARDING THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS. HOWEVER, THE DEALER STATED IT WOULD COST $240. TO REPLACE THE WINDSHIELD. THE CONSUMER STATED THERE SHOULD BE NO CHARGE, TO REPLACE THE WINDSHIELD. *JB
