FRONT END WOBBLES AT A LOW SPEED AN AT HIGH SPEEDS, MAKES THE MOTORCYCLE VERY UNSAFE. *TR
DT*: THE CONTACT STATED WHILE TRAVELING 55 MPH, THE FRONT FORK OF THE MOTORCYCLE WOBBLED. THE DEALERSHIP DETERMINED THERE WAS A KNOWN PROBLEM AND THE MANUFACTURER WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. THERE WAS A REPAIR KIT AVAILABLE TO REMEDY THE PROBLEM AT THE OWNER'S EXPENSE.
ON 06-19-2006 I PURCHASED A NEW 2006 HONDA GOLDWING(GL1800) AND RODE IT HOME. THE BIKE HAS A SHAKE IN THE FRONT END BETWEEN 35-50 MPH. THE DEALER MECHANIC WANTS TO MAKE REPAIRS BUT HONDA MOTORCORP SAYS NO. THE GOLDWING IS SUPPOSED TO SHAKE ACCORDING TO STEVE FROM THE TECH LINE. I HAVE RESEARCHED THIS PROBLEM ON THE INTERNET AND HAVE DISCOVERED THIS IS A VERY COMMON PROBLEM. *JB
