The vehicle was towed to the dealer to be diagnosed due to sub frame rust; however, the dealer informed the contact that the vehicle could not be diagnosed due to the severe rust. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure but provided no assistance because the vehicle was out of warranty. But, frequently the steering does not improve after 25-30 miles of driving. This makes it very difficult when trying to navigate turns, and backing up.
