CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO PROBLEMS WITH SNAP SHOT DEVICE *TGW THE CONSUMER STATED WHEN THE MONITORING DEVICE WAS PLUGGED INTO THE VEHICLE OBD-II DIAGNOSTIC PORT, IT WAS SUPPOSED TO THE SEND CERTAIN INFORMATION TO HIS INSURANCE COMPANY, WHICH WOULD BE A 30% DISCOUNT OFF HIS POLICY. AFTER PLUGGING IT IN, THE DEVICE MUST REMAIN OPERATIONAL FOR A PERIOD OF SIX MONTHS. AFTER MONTHS OF DATA LOGGING, HIS INSURANCE COMPANY WOULD SEND A REBATE BASED ON HIS DRIVING HABITS. THE DEVICE WAS SUPPOSED TO MONITOR VEHICLE SPEED IN GRAPH FORM, THE TIME OF DAY/NIGHT THE VEHICLE WAS OPERATIONAL IN GRAPH FORM AND THE NUMBER OF HARD BRAKES PER TRIP AND PER DAY. THE INFORMATION WAS PULLED FROM THE VEHICLES SYSTEM ONBOARD COMPUTERS. THE CONSUMER STATED SHE HAD TWO ISSUES WITH THE DEVICE; SHE STATED SHE DROVE AT THE NORMAL POSTED SPEED LIMITS AND SHE WOULD BRAKE IN A VERY CONSERVATIVE...
