The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The contact stated that the vehicle occasionally failed to start. Additionally, the contact stated that while the vehicle was idling, the vehicle would turn off unintendedly, causing the contact to make several attempts to restart the vehicle before the vehicle was restarted.
