TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 HONDA ACCORD. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE KEY WAS UNABLE TO BE INSERTED INTO THE IGNITION. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE FAILURE RECURRED NUMEROUS TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER WHO ADVISED THAT THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE IGNITION. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE.
