Consequence: A leaking brake tube can delay the front brake actuation time, extending the distance required to stop and increasing the risk of a crash.

The transmission shift selector has a Park 'P' position, even though the transmission does not contain a mechanical park mechanism.
Consequence: The vehicle may rollaway if the shift selector is set to Park 'P' without the parking brake applied, increasing the risk of a crash.
