2022 HARLEY-DAVIDSON RA1250 Structurebody Problems

Two issues. Please consider ordering a recall for this 2022 year model. 1. Passenger grab rail. The first time I pulled up on the rail to place the motorcycle on the center stand (as instructed in the owners manual), the grab handle broke, separated from the dowl connecting point. Had this occurred while riding with a passenger this could have led to my passenger falling off the bike. It is useless now. The service manager at the Harley-Davidson dealership says they cannot fix it as the bike is out of warranty. It is a defect. 2. The coolant hose from the radiator is routed approximately 1/4 inch from the front exhaust header causing the bike to run extremely hot.
