THE DEALER REPLACED THE TIRES, TRANSMISSION, AND SHOCKS; HOWEVER,, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE CONTACT STATED THE SEAT WARMERS ALSO FAILED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURES. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 2,500.

IN ADDITION, THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE STEERING WHEEL BECAME DIFFICULT TO TURN. THE CONTACT HAD TO APPLY FORCE TO THE STEERING WHEEL IN ORDER TO TURN THE VEHICLE. IN ADDITION, THE SERVICE POWER STEERING AND THE DRIVE WITH CARE MESSAGES WERE DISPLAYED ACROSS THE MESSAGE BOARD. THE FAILURE RECURRED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 900.
