The contact owns a 2024 GMC Sierra 1500. The contact stated that after driving the vehicle for 20 minutes, the contact would feel significantly weaknand would faint. The contact later noticed that water was leaking from the windshield, which led to a mold infestation. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, and the contact provided a video of the leaking windshield to the dealer; however, the dealer informed the contact that the failure could be duplicated, and no issues were found. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact stated that the Aerotech company had confirmed the presence of mold in the air filter. The contact stated that she had a genetic predisposition to mold, and the mold infestation had caused the contact to sustain swollen sinuses, rashes, hives, to feel tired and to faint at times. The contact immediately proceeded to pull over and used a zip tie to the secure the grille cover. There was no warning light illuminated. The local dealer was contacted; however, the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 35,000.
