What happened: the air bags failed to deploy during a crash. Question: What component or system failed or malfunctioned? Answer: air bags, automatic emergency braking, forward collision warning. Question: Is it available for inspection upon request? Answer: yes Question: How was your safety or the safety of others put at risk? Answer: driver-side air bags failed to deploy upon a rear-end collision with the vehicle to my immediate front @ 40 mph. Question: Has the problem been reproduced or confirmed by a dealer or independent service center? Answer: No. It currently is at a repair facility as of this morning and it’s apparent that the air bags did not deploy. Question: Has the vehicle or component been inspected by the manufacturer, police, insurance representatives or others? Answer: No, and not to my knowledge since turning the vehicle into the repair facility this morning. Question: Were there any warning lamps, messages...
2019 Sierra 1500 slt Defective front camera surround only 51,000 miles. Forward collision warning not work,lane departure warning not work,intellibeam head lights not work. Replace camera with labor at the dealer cost me $860.00 dolls.
