WHEN LIFTING MY TAILGATE UP, THE INNER SUPPORT LIFT CYLINDER CAME LOOSE AND THE COMPLETE GATE CAME CRASHING DOWN ON THE BACK OF MY NECK, CAUSING SERIOUS INJURIES TO MY VERTIBRATE.
