CONTACTED GMC AND HAD A RETURN REPLY BY [email protected] APOLOGIZING FOR MY DISSATISFACTION OF HAVING THE UPPER AND LOWER BALL JOINTS NEEDED TO BE REPLACE. THAT IN MY FAMILY WE HAVE 3 JIMMY'S AND ALL OF THEM DIFFERENT YEARS, NEEDING THE SAME REPAIR. THIS PERSON SAID THAT I COULD LOG A COMPLAINT, IN SO, THIS IS WHY I'M PASSING THIS ON TO THIS DEPARTMENT. ALSO IN LOGGING ON I'VE LISTED MY VIN # WITH THE 17 CHARACTERS. THE SIGHT LISTED THAT I WAS GIVING AN INVALID # OF LESS THAN 17 BUT, IN FACT I LISTED EXACTLY THE 17. MR
