I HAVE A 2003 GMC DENALI THAT IS STILL ON WARRANTY. I TOOK IT IN TO THE DEALERSHIP IN AUGUST, BECAUSE THE SEAT BELTS DIDN'T WORK CORRECTLY. THE ONE ON THE DRIVERS SIDE DIDN'T ALWAYS COME OUT AND THE ONE ON THE PASSENGER SIDE WOULD SOMETIMES KEEP TIGHTENING TO THE POINT OF REALLY HURTING, SO YOU WOULD HAVE TO TAKE IT OFF AND LET IT GO BACK IN AND START ALL OVER AGAIN. THE DEALERSHIP PUT NEW SEAT BELTS IN, BUT I'M STILL HAVING THE SAME PROBLEMS. SO I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP AND TOLD THEM ABOUT IT. THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD CONTACTED GENERAL MOTORS SEVERAL TIMES ABOUT SIMILAR COMPLANTS. GENERAL MOTORS SAID THAT IS THE WAY THAY ARE SUPPOSE TO WORK. THEY SAID I COULD CALL GENERAL MOTORS MYSELF IF I WANTED. SO I DID THEY SAID ABOUT THE ONE THAT KEEPS TIGHTENING UP IS WORKING RIGHT ONCE...
