HE DOES NOT HAVE THE DEFECTED TIRES BECAUSE THEY WERE LEFT IN ARIZONA WHERE THEY HAD THEM REPLACED. PLEASE CONTACT HIM WITH MORE INFORMATION ON WHAT HE CAN DO ABOUT THIS SITUATION.
