2024 GENESIS GV70 Fuelpropulsion System Problems

I moved my Genesis GV-70 to my home in Reno, NV. My complaint is in regard to my car becoming very dangerous! I'm giving you my move to Reno because its relevant to this complaint. I didn't need quick acceleration while I was living in Florida. In Reno, I have to merge onto Route 80 everywhere that I go. Acceleration during a merger is extremely important here in Reno. So what I've experienced in Reno is a VERY DANGEROUS situation with my Genesis. My GV-70 stops accelerating around 40MPH, or roughly 5,000 RPM. The transmission stalls out and the car revs at 5000 but does not respond. I've almost been rear ended by tractor trailers and other vehicles because of this dangerous situation. Pulling out of parking lot onto street and car would not accelerate beyond 10 miles a hr Pedal was to the floor and didn't change speed. Read on forum this is a known issue. Possibly fuel issue. No DTC code is issued. Dealer could not replicate, which I read on forum was known. Worried about this happening again or on highway.
