2018 GENESIS G80 Exterior Lighting Problems

When operating the headlights in auto dim mode and the headlights are bright, when I try to dim the headlights manually using the dimmer switch, the headlights go out completely. When operating the headlights with auto dim mode turned off and the headlights are bright, when I try to dim the headlights manually using the dimmer switch, the headlights will not dim. This places myself and oncoming traffic at risk by them either being blinded by the high beams when I'm unable to dim or me hitting them or another object when the lights go out completely when I try to dim them. I reported this to the local dealer who mentioned similar issues on model years prior to mine which were sold under the Hyundai Genesis branding. When driving at night and using the headlight switch's flash feature, the headlights go out completely when in AUTO mode. In manual mode, the headlights will be constantly on bright and will not allow the lights to dim. I took the car to the dealership and they confirmed what I was describing and said that the multifunction switch is faulty. I had a prior year Hyundai that has the same type of switch and was having the same issues reported. A TSB was issued for that vehicle to have the multifunction switch replaced. Seeing as how these vehicles are the same exact vehicles (just under a different brand name) and are having the same issues, I'm wondering if the Genesis should be covered under the same bulletin.
