Defect: VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: STEP VAN CHASSIS. A HOSE WAS USED IN THE POWER STEERING SYSTEM THAT IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH POWER STEERING FLUID.
Consequence: LOSS OF POWER STEERING FLUID COULD CAUSE INCREASED DIFFICULTY IN STEERING THE VEHICLE, INCREASING THE RISK OF A CRASH.
Remedy: DEALERS WILL REMOVE AND REPLACE THE SUBJECT HOSES.
