The contact stated that while his son was driving at an undisclosed speed, the driver’s side front and rear tires and the passenger’s side tire experienced blowouts with tread ply separation on two separate occasions. The contact’s son was able to pull over and replace the tires with spares. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 5,000. The VIN was unavailable.
