The ramp door may break away from the door frame while loading or unloading vehicles.

Consequence: A ramp door that breaks during use increases the risk of injury.

Remedy: Dealers will install additional support brackets, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed February 18, 2026. Consequence: A brake fluid leak can cause a loss of brake function, increasing the risk of a crash.

Defect: Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Riverstone Fifth Wheel trailers. The solar panels may have been incorrectly connected in parallel and instead of in series, causing the wiring to overheat and melt.

Consequence: Melted wires increase the risk of a fire.
