TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 FORD WINDSTAR. THE CONTACT STATED THAT SOMEONE ELSE WAS DRIVING THE VEHICLE 60 MPH WHEN IT BEGAN TO FEEL UNSTABLE AND THEN SHE LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A LOCAL MECHANIC WHO PERFORMED A DIAGNOSTIC TEST THAT LOCATED THE FAILURE ON THE FRONT CONTROL ARM WIRE. THE MANUFACTURER ADVISED THAT THERE WAS NOT A RECALL FOR THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND THE CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 79,000.
