WHEN THE TILT STEERING IS TILTED DOWN, THE TURN SIGNALS WILL NO LONGER WORK. I HAVE A FRIEND WHO HAS A 2001 FORD EXPEDITION WHO HAS HAD THE SAME PROBLEM EXCEPT HE ALSO LOST HIS DRIVING LIGHTS. WHEN HE WENT TO HAVE HIS VEHICLE REPAIRED, THE SERVICEMAN TOLD HIM THAT HE HAD JUST REPAIRED ANOTHER FORD VEHICLE WITH THE SAME PROBLEM
