THE COMPLAINT FILED BY PHONE ON 9/15/21 ID #10763956 INCLUDED IMPORTANT FACTS THAT ARE NOT SHOWING ON YOUR WEB PAGE. THE DAMAGE TO THE ELECTRONIC MODULE WAS CAUSED BY THE WATER LEAK AS REFERENCED IN FORD'S TSB 08-26-7 AND I ALSO FILED COMPLAINT WITH FORD CONSUMER RELATION SINCE THEY OFFERED NO RELIEF. I WAS UNAWARE OF THIS ISSUE AND CONSEQUENCE BUT, I'M NOW FINDING IT'S NOTHING NEW FOR OWNERS AS WELL AS THE AUTO INDUSTRY THAT THIS IS A PROBLEM WITH MUSTANGS '05-'09 AND THE RESULTING DAMAGE TO THE GENERIC ELECTRONIC MODULE HAPPENS OFTEN.
