TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 1996 FORD F-250. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 70 MPH, THE DRIVERS SEAT RECLINED INDEPENDENTLY. THE CONTACT WAS A LICENSED MECHANIC WHO STATED THAT THE BOLTS THAT HOLD THE SEAT UPRIGHT WERE BROKEN. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE DEFECT. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 110,000.
