THEY JUSTIFIED THEIR REFUSAL TO FIX BY SUGGESTING THE NEED FOR A RECALL SINCE "ALL CONTOURS HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM". ONE DEALER EVEN USED THE TERM DEFECT TO DESCRIBE THE PROBLEM. *AK
