TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD C-MAX HYBRID. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 25 MPH, THE REAR PASSENGER'S SIDE TIRE EXPLODED. THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT EQUIPPED WITH A SPARE TIRE, WHICH WAS DESIGNED BY THE MANUFACTURER. THE MANUFACTURER HAD NOT BEEN MADE AWARE OF THE PROBLEM. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 9,000.
