TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 FORD 500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE INTERIOR DOOR HANDLE FAILED TO LATCH CLOSED. THE FAILURE ONLY OCCURRED DURING FRIGID TEMPERATURES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC. THE DOOR HANDLE WAS SPRAYED WITH AN UNKNOWN SOLUTION AND WAS REPAIRED MULTIPLE TIMES AT VARIOUS GARAGES. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 95,000. UPDATED 03/04/15*LJ THE CONSUMER STATED THE LATCH MECHANISM WAS REPLACED AT A COST OF $150. UPDATED 04/02/15
