Consequence: The incorrect tire pressure information given on the Federal Certification Tag and Tire Information Tag may lead to the tire being overinflated, resulting in sudden tire failure, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Forest River will notify owners and will provide a corrected replacement label, free of charge. The recall began on November 25, 2013. Owners may contact Forest River at 1-574-534-3167.

Tire Size ST225/75R12 While returning from a camping trip, the passenger-side rear tire on the dual-axle camper blew apart when I was southbound on [XXX] in Vermont. The tire had only been on the camper for about 18 months and had less than 1500 miles on it. The tire shredded right in the middle of the tread, and the belt cord completely came apart and blew out. 10 months later, the same thing occurred with the passenger-side rear tire on a state road in Massachusetts. The same damage occurred with the belt and cords internally disintegrating and blowing the tire out. The first incident in Vermont was [XXX]. The second incident was [XXX].
