Several failures including loose bolts multi Bent frame 6-22 Brake caliper failure 6-22 Axel failure 4-22 Acuator failure 5-21 Other parts worn out Trailer has been to shop with documentation. Dates are spread out and approximate but documented. It should be noted I have spent considerable time speaking with dealer and manufacture of both trailer and boat to address issues. I believe based on available information the issues are being caused because boat hull exceeds trailer capacity. The boat and trailer are being paired together at factory and in fact the 5200 is heavily recommended when purchasing. As it is delivered and leaving the dealership the end of propellor is approximately 8 feet from rear taillight. This is another safety issue from overhang. I did not figure this out until someone told me I needed flagging at day time and lighting at night near propellor for safety (see attached picture). I am not only person experiencing this. I am respectfully requesting nhsta review my concerns. http://www.ezloader.com/images/pdf/adj-trailer-specifications.pdf https://www.northriverboats.com/wp-content/uploads/nrb-pdf/2023MY/25'%20Seahawk%202023%20Standard%20Features.pdf The consumer has stated that the issue has been resolved.
