Defect: Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2026 Entegra Cornerstone Reserve, 2025-2026 Cornerstone, Aspire, and Anthem recreational vehicles. The slide-out room can be deployed without the parking brake engaged, allowing the room to extend while the vehicle is in motion.

Consequence: A slide-out room that extends unexpectedly increases the risk of a crash.

Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace the slide-out motors as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 11, 2025. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is 9903642.

Recall 25V205000 — FUEL SYSTEM, DIESEL:DELIVERY:HOSES, LINES/PIPING, AND FITTINGS

Defect: Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Entegra Anthem, Aspire, and 2025 Reatta XL motorhomes, equipped with Cummins L9 diesel engines. The remote fuel filter hose may separate from the fitting, causing a fuel leak and an engine stall.

Consequence: A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire. An engine stall increases the risk of a crash.

Remedy: Cummins will replace the fuel hoses, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 15, 2025. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267.

Recall 24V577000 — ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:12V/24V/48V BATTERY:CABLES

Defect: Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Entegra Anthem, Aspire, Cornerstone, Reatta, and Reatta XL motorhomes. The battery cables may not be the correct size, in the correct location, or they may be improperly tightened, which can cause an electrical short or allow the cables to overheat.

Consequence: An electrical short or overheating of the battery cables increases the risk of a fire.

Recall 24V309000 — FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: SENSING SYSTEM: CAMERA

Defect: Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2023-2025 Entegra Aspire Class A motorhomes. The camera control module may have been installed upside down and flush to the floor, which can allow it to overheat and prevent the camera image from displaying.

Consequence: A camera image that does not display decreases the driver's visibility, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy: Dealers will replace the camera control module, install two brackets, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 7, 2024. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is 9903607.

The contact owns a 2025 Entegra Aspire RV. The contact stated that while driving approximately 65 MPH, the check engine warning light illuminated along with codes indicating that the Selective Catalytic Reduction Unit had failed. The vehicle was taken to the local RV service center who reprogrammed the Selective Catalytic Reduction Unit but later the failure reoccurred. The engine manufacturer (Cummings) was notified of the failure and informed the contact that the vehicle did not qualify for the manufacturer's extended coverage to address the failure. The failure mileage was 32,000.
