CONSUMER WAS TRAVELING IN A STORM AND WINDSHIELD WIPER JUST STOPPED WORKING. PLASTIC PART IN THE ARM WAS WORN OUT. WINDSHIELD WIPER ARM ASSEMBLY HAS TO BE REPLACED RATHER THAN THE PART ITSELF. OWNER SEEKS REIMBURSEMENT FOR REPAIRS. *AK *ML
