ON TWO OCCASIONS DEALER CANCELED RECALL 99V215OOO/ ENGINE CRADLE REPAIRS APPOINTMENT, AND INFORMED CONSUMER THAT THEY WERE UNABLE TO RESCHEDULE AT THIS TIME. ALSO, CONSUMER TO CALL IN ONCE EVERY WEEKS TO SEE IF PARTS/TOOL WERE AVAILABLE.
