PENNY MAY FLOAT IN SOCKET A LONG TIME BEFORE MAKING A FUSE BLOWING SHORT. SOLD CAR LAST YEAR, BUT PERSONALLY INSTALLED A SMALLER FUSE ON THE LIGHTER SOCKET TO PREVENT FUTURE LOSS OF SEATBELT RETRACTION FUNCTION.
