TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 DODGE SPRINTER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE THROTTLE PEDAL FAILED WHICH MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO ACCELERATE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY COULD NOT FIND THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CALLED AND STATED THAT THEY WERE UNABLE TO REPAIR THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 50,000. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 100,000.
