DRIVING THE VEHICLE AT 60MPH DOWN THE INTERSTATE AND THE RIGHT FRONT TIRE SHEARED OFF, CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO SKID. ALSO THE METAL PIECE CONNECTED TO THE ROTOR CAME OFF. THE VEHICLE HAD TO BE TOWED.
