MERGED INTO THE SIDE OF ME
THE CAR WAS BOUGHT IN MARCH OF 2003 AND 2 WEEKS LATER WE HAD A WINDSHIELD REPLACED . SINCE THAT TIME WHEN EVER WE HAVE HEAVY RAINFALL WATER LEAKS IN ON THE PASSENGER SIDE COMING IN THROUGH THE HEATING VENT . ALL BASIS HAVE BEEN COVERED CONCERNING THE WINDSHIELD REPLACEMENT. WE THOUGHT IT WAS AN IMPROPER WINDSHIELD INSTALLMENT BUT IT IS NOT.WE TOOK IT TO THE DEALERSHIP WHERE WE BOUGHT IT AND THEY CLEANED OUT THE WATER DRAIN FOR THE HEATER BUT SINCE THEN WE HAD A HEAVY RAINFALL AND IT STILL CONTINUES TO LEAK . OBVIOUSLY THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE PROBLEM IS AND AT THE SAME TIME IM GETTING MORE AND MORE FRUSTRATED ABOUT THIS.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RECALL NOTICES SINCE PURCHASING MY CAR USED WITH 12,000 MILES ON IT FROM A 5 STAR DEALERSHIP. *JB
2000 DODGE NEON LEAKS WHEN IT RAINS. TONS OF WATER ON THE FLOOR BOARD IN THE BACK SEAT AND IN THE TRUNK. SO BAD THAT IT HAS TO BE BAILED OUT AND STAYS WET. DEALERSHIP REFUSES TO DO ANYTHING BECAUSE THE CAR IS NO LONGER UNDER WARRANTY. WE FEEL THIS IS A DEFECT AND SHOULD BE FIXED AT NO COST TO US AND HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH A WARRANTY. WE BOUGHT THE CAR USED IN JAN OF 2002.

OCCASIONALLY WHEN PUTTING DRIVER SIDE WINDOW DOWN, ALL GAUGES GO UP AND DOWN, AND THERE IS A LOUD CHIMMING NOISE. TRANSMISSION WENT @ 50,000 MI. CHRYSLER PAID HALF AT DEALERSHIPS REQUEST, AFTER CAR WAS SERVICED, I SENT CHRYSLER A LETTER EXPLAINING ALL OF MY PROBLEMS, AND RESPONSE WAS: DEALERSHIP HANDLED THE TRANSMISSION PROBLEM AND CHRYSLER WAS NOT WILLING TO HELP ME, AND THEY ALSO INFORMED ME THAT THE DEALERSHIP TOLD THEM THAT I NEVER REPORTED THE PROBLEM WITH THE GAUGES (THIS IS BECAUSE I LIVED IN ANOTHER LOCATION AND TOOK MY CAR TO A 5 STAR DEALERSHIP IN CT, AND THEY COULD NOT FIND THE PROBLEM). OIL LEAKING, (WAS FIRST INFORMED OF THIS WHEN THE DEALERSHIP WAS FIXING THE TRANSMISSION PROBLEM) THERE IS NOW A PUDDLE OF OIL RESTING IN THE LOWER PART OF THE ENGINE, CAR STALLED AT LIGHT, VERY STRONG FUMES UPON STARTING AND WHILE DRIVING, AND CAR...
