I PURCHASE THE DODGE MAGNUM IN DECEMBER OF 2008 IN FEBRUARY AND APRIL OF 2009 I HAD TO TAKE IT TO THE DEALER BECAUSE THE CAR WOULD NOT MOVE AFTER MAKING A STOP AT THE SIGNAL LIGHT ON TWO OCCASIONS WITHOUT SHUTTING THE CAR OFF AND RESTARTING IT. IN MAY ON 2010, I HAD TO TAKE MY CAR TO THE DEALER BECAUSE COOLANT LEAKING DUE TO WATER PUMP WENT OUT. *TR
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 DODGE MAGNUM. THE CONTACT PURCHASED THE VEHICLE WITH 32,000 MILES. WHILE DRIVING AT AN UNKNOWN SPEED, THE ENGINE LOST POWER AND STALLED. THE INSTRUMENT PANEL GAUGES FLUCTUATED RIGHT BEFORE THE FAILURE OCCURRED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER AND THEY STATED THAT THE ENGINE LOCKED UP AND THE TOP PART OF THE ENGINE SEIZED. THE VEHICLE COULD NOT BE RESTARTED AFTER THE FAILURE OCCURRED. THE VEHICLE IS UNABLE TO BE DRIVEN. THERE WERE NO PREVIOUS FAILURES WITH THE VEHICLE. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 57,000.
