CONSUMER WAS AT A STAND STILL & WAS REARENDED BY ANOTHER VEHICLE. THE HEAD REST FLEW INTO THE BACK WINDOW & CRACKED IT. THE DRIVER SEAT BECAME UNANCHORED & WAS IN THE BACK OF THE CAR UPON IMPACT. THE VEHICLE WAS TOTALED. CONTACTING THE MANUFACTURER. *AK
