I was sitting at an exit from a store waiting to pull out into an intersection. Full foot on the brake, and I know for certain I wasn't accidentally hitting the accelerator because on the first "jump" I checked to make sure. It lurched through the brakes multiple times bucking like a cammed car would. Then threw all these warning lights, turtle icon came up saying speed limited, and the collision lights came on as well as traction control was disabled. Shut off and wouldn't power back on for a few minutes leaving the entire front half of my car sitting in oncoming traffic. I've had this issue since day one. At first I thought it was from having the seats back in the furthest most position, but after testing its not. One of my friends legs got caught when trying to get out causing him to fall.
