TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 DODGE CHARGER. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED AND THE ENGINE WAS RUNNING, THE VEHICLE ACCELERATED, KNOCKED THE CONTACT DOWN, AND CRASHED INTO TREES. A POLICE REPORT WAS NOT FILED. THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. THE CONTACT WAS INJURED AND RECEIVED MEDICAL ATTENTION. THE VEHICLE WAS DRIVEN TO A REPAIR SHOP AND REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 10,000. UPDATED 10/06/16*LJ THE CONSUMER STATED THERE WAS NO WARNING FOR WHEN THE DOOR WAS OPEN WHILE IN DRIVE. *JS
