CONSUMER HAD RECALL REPAIRS (99V189000) DONE ON 20-SEP-2000, HOWEVER WHILE DRIVING IN SNOWY AND ICY CONDTIONS, THE WIPER PIVOT THAT CONSUMER THOUGHT WAS REPAIRED BROKE, CONSUMER TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE NEAREST DEALERSHIP AND WAS INFORMED THE RECALL WAS NOT PERFORMED AND THE ORIGINAL WIPER PIVOT WAS STILL ON THE VEHICLE, EVEN THOUGH THE DEALER STATED THE REPAIR WAS NEVER MADE, CONSUMER WAS STILL RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REPAIR BILL.*JB
