The contact owns a 2022 Forest River Crossroads Zinger RV trailer hauled by a 2015 Ram 1500. The contact stated that the RV was having water intrusion failures. The contact stated that the RV had water entering from the roof. The RV was not kept under a car port or tarpaulin. The contact stated that the RV was towed to the dealer 3 times to have the leaks repaired. The contact stated that after each repair the failure reoccurred. The contact stated that the last time the RV was towed to the dealer and a section of the aluminum siding nearly detached. The section was part of the siding frame by the entrance door located on the right side of the RV. The contact stated that her husband pulled off the roadway and used duct tape to secure the siding.
