Defect: Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling various 2003-2018 Crossroads, Dutchmen, and Keystone recreational trailers equipped with Kidde Plastic-Handle or Push Button 'Pindicator' Fire Extinguishers. Defect: CROSSROADS RV IS RECALLING 1,018 MY 2005-2009 CROSS TERRAIN, MY 2006-2009 CROSSFORCE AND MY 2006-2008 ZINGER CROSSFIRE TRAVEL TRAILERS. THESE TRAVEL TRAILERS FAIL TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 108, "LAMPS, REFLECTIVE DEVICES, AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT." THE TRAVEL TRAILERS WERE BUILT WITHOUT REAR REFLEX REFLECTORS.
Consequence: LACK OF REFLECTORS COULD LEAD TO REDUCED VISIBILITY OF THE TRAVEL TRAILER INCREASING THE RISK OF A CRASH.

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 CROSSROADS CROSS TERRAIN 31RL RV. IN 2008, THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE AXLE AND TIRES WERE REPLACED ON THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT TOOK THE RV ON A 2,200 MILE DRIVE AND NOTICED THAT THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE AXLE FAILED AGAIN AND WORE DOWN THE THREAD ON THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE TIRE.
